I offer a wide range of Massage & Beauty Treatments. Each treatment will be individually tailored to suit your requirements. Whether you are having a treatment for a specific intention or just for relaxation.
During your treatment if you are feeling uncomfortable please don’t hesitate to say so I can adjust the face cradle, bolster cushion or pillows for you. I can also change the room temperature to make you feel warmer or cooler. In winter a heat pad is placed under the couch that you will be lying on, to help keep you warm and promote relaxation.
If the pressure is feeling too light or too deep feedback like this is needed to tailor the treatment to your specific needs. So please don’t hesitate to say during your treatment.
You will be asked to remove clothing so the areas that are being treated can be accessed. During your treatment on the therapy couch you will be covered with a cotton sheet, towel or a blanket, to keep you warm and comfortable.
