There are 9 car parking spaces outside the clinic for clients, including a disabled space.

If the parking spaces are full you can also park on Sprowston Road, at the end of Gilman Road, Mousehold Heath car park – which is free all day. Marlborough Road, St Clements Hill and Rosebery Road, Sewell Road, Constitution Hill, De Caux Road and Denmark Road. These are all a few minutes’ walk from the clinic.

Please do not park in the small lane behind the clinic as this is for the local residents. Or in the Doctors Surgery car park.

Treat Health & Wellbeing Clinic does have a disabled ramp permanently outside, hand rail, ground floor treatment room with an electric treatment couch (on request) and disabled toilet. Also a disabled parking space outside the front of the building.

You can book online adding a note that you need a downstairs treatment room. Or you can telephone me 0n 07958 394717 and request a treatment room downstairs.

Yes – clients with Medicash, Health Shield or other health plans.

Just yourself! However, if you take any prescribed medication it would be useful if you can bring the names of the medication with you.

Due to Covid19 you are requested to come to your appointment on your own.

Treat Health & wellbeing Clinic only has a small waiting room and in the treatment rooms there is only enough space for a client and the therapist. Though children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an appropriate adult.

Yes – both debit and credit cards are accepted.

If you book online, you are NOT charged in advance. The payment will be taken on the day of your treatment.

Yes – cash payments are accepted.

As much notice as possible is required for cancellations or rescheduling as the appointment is reserved just for you.

A minimum of 24 hours notification is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full appointment fee.

If an appointment is missed this will result in a charge of the full appointment fee.
