Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment and treats you holistically, using a principle that areas of the feet correspond to your internal organs, glands and structures of the body. Your whole body is mapped out on the feet (shown opposite). Applying pressure to the feet brings about a state of relaxation and helps the bodies own healing process, prompting a change in the related part of the body. Your right foot corresponds to the right side of your body and your left foot corresponds with the left side of your body. Firm pressure and specific thumb, finger and hand techniques are used with either foot powder. A foot massage using foot lotion is included at the end of the treatment to moisturise your skin and to enhance the effects of the reflexology treatment.

What my clients say

I first visited Vicki with a shoulder problem that she resolved on the first treatment. I now have a monthly deep tissue massage and reflexology which helps tremendously with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I highly recommend Vicki.
